SENIOR MODEL INFO
Hi!!
I'm glad to see you are interested in my Senior Model project. Here is a bit of info you should know!
- Model Sessions are up to 2 hours long. They can be broken into (2) 1 hour session. This is at the discretion of the photographer.

- Model is required to do her own make up. If she is unable to, a make up artist/hair stylist can be supplied but at a fee.
- Model must supply her own wardrobe. I'm more than happy to together on the best outfits that if your personality.
- Model is given 5 edited images. A gallery will be given to the model & guardian. From that point 5 pictures can be chosen. Anything over 5 images will be $25 per picture.
- Model or guardian (if under 18) must read, agree, and sign the model release below.

PHOTOGRAPHY MODEL RELEASE AGREEMENT
This agreement is entered into this agreement between Kimberly Chandler Photography (“Photographer”) and (“Model”). For the consideration herein acknowledged as received, and by signing this release, I hereby give the Photographer and Assigns my permission to license the Content and to use the Content in any Media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service.
1. DEFINITIONS:
“Photographer” refers to ____________________, its agents, heirs, and assigns.
“Model” refers to ____________________, its agents, heirs, and assigns.
“Content” means all photographs, film or recording taken of me as part of the Shoot.
“Media” means all media including digital, electronic, print, television, film and other media now known or to be invented.
“Shoot” means the photographic or film session described in this form.
2. RIGHTS GRANTED:
The Model hereby grants to the Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs, and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Model or in which the Model may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same.
3. RELEASE:
The Model hereby releases and discharges Photographer and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
4. OWNERSHIP:
The Photographer owns the copyright in the photographs. The Photographer gives the Model permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions: The images taken by the Photographer are for personal use by the Model and his/her friends and relatives. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer.
5. COMPENSATION:
The Model does receive compensation for participating in the Shoot by the means of five digital images.
7. GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Pike County, Missouri
8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
This agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding and agreement between the Model and the Photographer and supersedes all prior understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter hereof. Any modification of this Model Release Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
